Pleasant View Bed & Breakfast - Timaru

This hotel offers a clean and spacious room complete with a dining table, a comfortable Queen bed, and a fantastic view.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a delightful stay for 1 night. The rooms were spotless and mine was immaculate with dining table, coffee plus stunning views. This was a marvellous and lovely location close enough to a hill.

The breakfast was gorgeous and very very good with amongst the usual bacon and fresh cooked fruit, as example and frequently replenished...

This place was sparkling clean, and we adored the suite with its stunning views over the bay; we highly recommend it for a fantastic one-night stay.

Everything was simply modern. Breakfast was very very good, exceptional views, magnificent location next to Caroline Bay for dinner, Downtown and Monteith's excellent restaurant. We stayed in a well-appointed and new-fashioned room that had a lounge area and a kitchenette. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & a large bathroom.

Host was really friendly and sea view was beautiful. Room were nice and clean.

Thought will have a wee kitchen to share, but found out there is only microwave and kettle. Though we managed but might be good idea to make it clear on the description.

I had a wonderful stay for one night at this place and couldn't be happier with my choice; it truly is the best hotel I've ever been to.

We have found a few gems travelling around NZ, but Pleasant View is a diamond! Absolutely amazing quality, location, view, facilities, everything! Lovely bed, gorgeous room, beautiful lounge / kitchen, great bathroom, best shower ever, gorgeous polished wood floors in bathroom, wonderful breakfast and delightful host. Amazing tranquility, made even more exquisite by being totally unexpected. What a bargain at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate, you have to experience this amazing B&B for yourself!!! Nothing else compares!

The owner was very lovely and the rooms were beautiful. The views were amazing and the food was delicious! We enjoyed everything about the bed and breakfast. The internet worked very well, breakfast was great with home-made bread and everything was convenient, comfortable and new. Thank you so much Rosemary.

pleasant view b&b in timaru was a delightful surprise! the hosts, rosemary & ian, were incredibly attentive, providing us with helpful tips for walks and dining. the modern and spacious accommodation exceeded our expectations, with a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable lounge area. the breakfast, filled with delicious homemade treats, was a perfect start to our days. highly recommended for a quality and enjoyable stay!

The friendlyness of the host. Home made bread and cookies. Nothing was a problem. Just lovely.Made me feel special .

The staff here were really helpful, making my stay stress-free 😊. It's located in a quiet spot which was super convenient for me. This venue provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for soaking in all the good vibes of the area.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B with fine sea views. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the hosts were kind and helpful. The highlight of my visit was the delicious homemade breakfast with fresh bread and jams. highly recommended!
